How much does postage cost?
The cost of postage is included in the cost of the items in the store. There is no added postage cost during check out.
How do I return an item?
If you want to return an item, please contact us and we will be in touch with you to arrange the return of the item and refund the cost of your purchase. For more information on requesting a refund, please read our refund policy.
How do I cancel an order?
If you change your mind on an order you’ve placed, please contact us. If the item has not been posted yet, we will refund the cost of your purchase. If the item has been posted, we will follow the same process as stated above for returning an item.
